Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely (e.g., jackhammers, saws, excavators)
- Assist skilled tradespersons with concrete work, framing, and installation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Complete accurate documentation of daily progress and material usage
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shift
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
