Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, concrete pouring, and framing tasks during night shift hours
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts (certification provided)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional crews to meet construction deadlines
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and waste management procedures
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions during night shifts
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
