Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation under night shift conditions
- Assist in concrete pouring, forming, finishing, and curing processes
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and trenching
- Safely operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen including carpenters and masons
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or site experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
