Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks per blueprints
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with OSHA-compliant protocols
- Inspect and maintain job site safety barriers and equipment
- Coordinate with skilled trades (electricians, plumbers) for seamless workflow
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized stockpiles
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
