Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours, structural framing, and site preparation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install MEP systems and finish materials with millimeter-level accuracy
- Conduct nightly site inspections and safety compliance checks
- Manage material inventory and logistics for 24/7 operations
- Maintain detailed shift reports and progress documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement
- Expertise in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Night shift availability with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly in extreme weather
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Welding or rigging certification preferred
