Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations under supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Inspect and maintain job site safety protocols and equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and organize work areas
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet nightly production targets
- Document daily progress and material usage in digital logs
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and at heights
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends during critical phases
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be 18+ years old
