Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, formwork installation, and finishing operations
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts (OSHA-certified)
- Assist carpenters with framing, roofing, and structural assembly
- Implement strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Perform site preparation, grading, and utility installation
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class A CDL license preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Blueprint reading and layout experience
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
