Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and backfilling operations
- Install and remove construction site safety barriers and signage
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with certification
- Maintain accurate project documentation and daily logs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with supervisors and skilled tradespeople
- Perform site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class A CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Overnight shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques
