Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) with precision
- Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce site safety protocols
- Read technical schematics and adjust work sequences dynamically
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless project handovers
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Manage material inventory and waste disposal efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Availability for 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM) including weekends
- Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
