Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and blueprints
- Prepare surfaces for construction activities
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, overtime)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
