Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery safely (forklifts, jackhammers, etc.)
- Inspect and maintain job site safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials efficiently
- Collaborate with skilled trades professionals
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Adhere to all OSHA and company regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability (evening/weekend shifts)
- Valid driver's license
