Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) and power tools with precision
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Assist in concrete pouring, rebar installation, and structural framing
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift rotations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Complete daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent technical training
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
- Reliable transportation to remote job sites throughout DFW Metroplex
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
