Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with crew members to maintain project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) with rotating weekends
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
