Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling under night shift supervision
- Operate power tools (saws, jackhammers, drills) and heavy equipment safely
- Adhere to OSHA protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free work zones
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in project close-out procedures and site restoration
- Complete daily progress reports and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience or relevant trade certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for material calculations
