Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for project execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, and finishing work
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Commitment to wearing PPE at all times (hard hat, boots, vest)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and overtime as needed
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight shifts (6PM-6AM)
- Willingness to cross-train in multiple construction trades
