Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, trenching, and backfilling operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and skid steers
- Install and remove scaffolding and temporary structures
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Operate power tools including saws, drills, and grinders
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Proficient with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Must be available to work 6 PM - 6 AM shifts
