Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthwork operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Install and remove concrete forms, scaffolding, and safety barriers
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with OSHA-compliant protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and prep work
- Perform night-specific inspections and documentation of progress
- Participate in emergency response protocols for weather-related delays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (40-hour preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Experience with power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Availability for 4-5 overnight shifts weekly
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
