Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Load/unload materials and transport supplies as needed
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Omaha/Virginia
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic communication skills for team coordination
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible schedules as projects demand
