Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling during overnight shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Install formwork, rebar, and concrete structures per engineering blueprints
- Maintain organized material staging and efficient workflow coordination
- Perform thorough quality checks and documentation for compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex urban construction projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and blueprint reading
- Overnight shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend flexibility
- Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
