Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) and hand tools with precision and safety compliance
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Document work progress and report safety concerns immediately
- Assist in cleanup and site restoration after completion of tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor or related experience
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in variable weather
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
