Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and debris removal at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and site prep
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain equipment/tools in working condition
- Follow blueprints and site layout instructions accurately
- Support night shift-specific tasks like concrete curing monitoring
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurement
