Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Install structural components (steel beams, drywall, roofing)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams on complex blueprints
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools and hand instruments
- Strong attention to detail and spatial reasoning
- Flexibility for weekend overtime during critical phases
