Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks during overnight shifts
- Operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) with precision and safety protocols
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, adhering to OSHA standards
- Perform equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
