Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Maintain organized material staging and job site cleanliness
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety compliance checks
- Adhere to OSHA standards and project-specific safety protocols
- Collaborate with night shift crews to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction or labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform sustained physical labor
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency (drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong teamwork communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
