Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with material installation, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure project timelines are met
- Support concrete pouring, rebar placement, and masonry work as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Denver metro
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Availability to work 8-12 hour night shifts (typically 6 PM - 6 AM)
