Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling during overnight shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts, jackhammers) with proper safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, welders) on complex builds
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Adhere strictly to nighttime safety procedures and traffic management plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or relevant trade certification
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Experience with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 7 PM - 5 AM)
