Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete, framing, and finishing
- Maintain OSHA compliance and site cleanliness protocols
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Perform night shift concrete pours and curing monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
- Basic tool operation knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently in remote site conditions
