Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, excavation, and material handling during night shift operations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradesmen in concrete pouring, framing, and demolition tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect and prepare construction sites for next-day operations
- Complete daily timecards and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Must be available for overnight shifts (typically 6 PM - 6 AM)
