Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete work, and demolition
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Read blueprints and execute construction plans efficiently
- Work collaboratively in diverse team environments
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule with night shift availability (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background/drug screening
