Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation under night shift conditions
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Operate power tools and machinery safely according to OSHA standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, safety plans, and project specifications
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly construction milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or trade apprenticeship
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) weekends
- Class C driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
