Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist skilled tradespersons with site preparation and project execution
- Maintain organized job sites and proper tool/equipment maintenance
- Operate machinery (forklifts, jackhammers, etc.) with proper certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet aggressive construction deadlines
- Perform quality checks and report project progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required
- Basic math skills for material estimation and measurements
