Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and excavation tasks under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts with OSHA certification
- Install and maintain temporary structures, scaffolding, and safety barriers
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing operations in low-visibility environments
- Conduct nightly site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with suppliers for just-in-time deliveries
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers and supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience with night shift certification
- OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification required
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Exceptional situational awareness for low-light work environments
- Strong communication skills for shift handovers and team coordination
