Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist skilled tradespeople with layout, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Perform site cleanup and debris management throughout shift
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
