Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Install scaffolding and temporary structures for overnight work zones
- Perform material handling and inventory management in secure storage areas
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain clean job site conditions
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
- Document daily progress and material usage in digital logs
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Experience with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thur)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement proficiency
