Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams to meet tight deadlines
- Adhere to strict environmental compliance standards for urban construction sites
- Complete daily site inspections and quality control documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and blueprint interpretation
- WA State Driver's License Class B preferred
- Drug-free workplace compliance mandatory
