Responsibilities
- Execute earthwork, concrete pouring, and framing operations during night shift hours
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment setup
- Perform site cleanup and waste management to maintain project efficiency
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to execute construction tasks accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience operating heavy machinery (excavator, forklift, etc.)
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 7 PM - 5 AM with weekend flexibility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge
