Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under night supervision
- Safely operate heavy machinery including excavators and bulldozers during off-peak hours
- Install/repair infrastructure systems including plumbing, electrical, and framing
- Maintain OSHA compliance with rigorous safety protocols in low-visibility conditions
- Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
- Perform material handling and inventory management across multiple job sites
- Document daily progress and equipment maintenance logs for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience or willingness to complete paid training program
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Proficient in operating hand/power tools and basic heavy machinery
- Strong attention to detail in low-light conditions and adverse weather
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
