Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and demolition operations with precision
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and heavy machinery
- Inspect job sites for safety hazards and compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials using forklifts and cranes
- Assist skilled tradesmen in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations
- Maintain project documentation and material inventory logs
- Coordinate with shift supervisors to meet nightly production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Traffic control certification preferred
