Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing under night supervision
- Safely operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, forklifts)
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site layouts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist skilled tradespersons with complex installations and repairs
- Perform site cleanup and waste management operations
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures
- Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts as needed
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
