Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators, etc.) with proper certification
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications precisely
- Manage inventory and transport materials across active construction zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) or forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
