Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and earthmoving operations during night hours
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install and remove construction site safety barriers and signage
- Maintain material inventory and equipment calibration logs
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing under night supervision
- Adhere to strict nighttime safety protocols and visibility standards
- Collaborate with cross-trade crews for complex foundation work
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM, 4 days/week schedule)
- Class A CDL preferred (not required for all roles)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Experience with night-specific safety protocols (reflective gear, lighting)
