Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Assist carpenters and masons in complex structural installations
- Maintain strict safety protocols in low-visibility conditions
- Manage waste disposal and recycling per environmental standards
- Perform quality checks on concrete pours and framing work
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Flexibility for rotating weekend shifts
- Basic blueprint reading skills preferred
