Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Assist in material handling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and project-specific compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Document daily progress and report site hazards to site supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or relevant trade certification
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficient with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Flexible availability for rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety standards
- Basic English/Spanish bilingual communication skills preferred
