Responsibilities
- Execute overnight construction tasks including site prep, material handling, and equipment operation
- Maintain strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance during all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex infrastructure projects
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision and care
- Perform quality checks and documentation for project milestones
- Adapt to changing project requirements and weather conditions
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Availability for consistent overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
