Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and structural assembly
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under expert supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA safety protocols
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and supervisor instructions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Complete daily progress reports and time documentation
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
