Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, concrete pouring, and framing operations during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Read and interpret blueprints for precise material assembly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Perform quality checks on completed installations and repairs
- Maintain organized job sites and efficient material handling
- Collaborate with skilled trades teams (electricians, plumbers, welders)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
