Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing during overnight shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision and safety compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain clean and organized job sites according to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project timelines
- Perform quality checks and report maintenance needs for equipment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in all nighttime operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience with night shift preference
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) Class B or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
