Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shifts
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely under low-visibility conditions
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and hazard mitigation
- Follow strict safety protocols and communicate effectively with night shift supervisors
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate task execution
- Support concrete pouring, rebar installation, and formwork setup
- Participate in emergency response drills and site security procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor or related experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to remote job sites
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory tracking
- Experience with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and climb ladders/stairs safely
- Strong teamwork ethic and clear communication skills
