Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthwork operations per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery including skid steers and compactors
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site prep
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA standards
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing tasks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Support scaffold erection/dismal and fall protection systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible night shift availability
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
