Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks during night hours
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Assist skilled tradespersons with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
